In the case of Ninotsminda village the judge has offered the sides a consensus

On April 14 at the City Court next in turn judicial session was held for the case of the villages in Sagarejo district – Ninotsminda, Gaghmaubani and Tskarostavi. The object of the argument is to recover moral and material losses caused to the sufferers.
The other side is represented by Georgian – British petroleum company “Ninotsminda”.
At the trial the judge offered the sides to come to terms before the judgement is pronounced.
The next session was appointed on May 10, 2011. The sides were given time for talks exactly till that term
